Alright ladies, just because summer is coming to a close doesn't mean you should give up on having your best body. Sure we cover up more as the temperature drops but working out is about staying healthy and strong - not just looking good in a bikini. I decided to switch up my usual work out this week and tried two new routines, one focusing on my butt and legs, the other on my abs. Let me just say I am sore. These workouts really kicked my butt which was great. Sometimes you need to throw your muscles a curve ball to make sure they're getting a real work out.
